Pre-Orders

   Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain pieces. If this is the case you can Pre Order that item.

 

    Pre-Orders means that the product is currently out of stock. These orders take between 2-3 weeks to fulfill although this is an Estimate not a guarantee. This date is provided to give an idea of an approximate timeframe that we expect to receive shipment of the Pre-Order to our warehouse and in turn prepared for delivery to our customers. The specified date in No Way means you will receive your item on that date. Upon arrival to our warehouse, all orders are prepared for delivery. Credit cards will be charged at the time of purchase. 

   Normally, we do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale as they are ordered in specially for you. In an event where the item is not required, a store credit will be issued, not a refund.
